Influx provides customer service for brands and tech companies on-demand, 24/7, every day of the year (including holidays). To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe.
Client Team Leaders manage a portfolio of clients to establish and consistently meet or exceed service delivery objectives in performance, output, and quality; as well as root cause analysis and resolution of problems.
Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:
- Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience and sales knowledge
- Agent selection, onboarding, rostering, coaching, and offboarding
- Excellent client communication (written, spoken, visual) that generates confidence in our clients
- Ensure that we are providing a great service
- Communicate effectively with the client.
- Drive improvements felt by other Delivery Units
- Meet or exceed the goals of your clients through continuous improvement of agent performance, output, and quality
- Strong identification and solution-selling skills
- Foster confident relationships through open and engaging communication
- Must have been able to describe & remotely demonstrate products and match their advantages to customer needs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Must have flexible availability to work any day and any hour of the week/weekends/public holidays.

- Internet Speed of 40-50 Mbps / Upload Speed – 20 Mbps
- System: Windows 10 or more. 32 -bit Operation system.
- RAM 8GB or more
- Processors – Intel Core i5 or up.
- Laptop ( No Chromebook, Linux OS, or Desktop)
