Business Development Manager

You will report to our Global Head of Enterprise who you will work closely with and enjoy being mentored, supported, and developed to become the best Account Executive you can become. Initial Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline that is updated and maintained within our CRM.
  • Identify, hunt, and open new and existing client opportunities via referrals, networks, RFI’s, cold calling, etc.
  • Host the initial conversations with the clients with the view to book a key stakeholders meeting to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
  • Maintain and update our sales CRM in real time
  • Achieve agreed weekly sales contact KPI’s
  • Be part of the Tender /RFI response team
  • Present weekly/monthly updates to key stakeholders across the organization
  • Attend and participate in weekly/monthly and quarterly operational, leadership, and Town Hall meetings.
  • Develop key relationships across the entire organisation from Agents to Regional Heads to SLT.

 

Experience / Qualifications:

  • BPO operational experience –  2+ years running large accounts
  • 2+ years as a BDM in prospecting, hunting, presenting, negotiating, and closing BPO services and solutions deals across Voice / Digital and AI.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and presentation skills both internal and external strong influencer
  • Good computer skill sets across PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, and HubSpot, and a good understanding of phone systems e.g. Avaya
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the BPO industry within its operational language, metrics, positions, or departments e.g. Training.
  • Must be a resilient, complete, and autonomous worker by nature and desire to succeed.
