Role overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Policy and Process Optimization to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness through the creation, evaluation, and enhancement of internal company policies and workflows. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational goals, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Manager of Policy and Process Optimization will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and mitigate operational risks. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing comprehensive training sessions to employees on revised policies and optimized processes, as well as monitoring performance through data analysis and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create/update internal company policies to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Evaluate existing internal workflows and processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining.
  3. Work collaboratively with leadership to ensure that policies and processes support the strategic direction of the organization.
  4. Implement initiatives to continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal policies and processes.
  5. Provide training sessions for employees on revised policies and optimized processes, ensuring comprehension and compliance.
  6. Assess potential operational risks associated with policies and processes and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to monitor and measure the performance of internal policies and processes.
  8. Effectively communicate policy and process changes to relevant stakeholders, enhancing transparency.
  9. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to policy and process optimization teams.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for internal policies and processes, ensuring accessibility and clarity for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in policy development, process optimization, and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Job Details:

  • Type: Selected candidate will have to work full-time
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to overlap during the 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST business day.
  • Remote: 100% Online, based outside the US
  • Compensation: Depending on skill and experience
