About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training Manager to join our Payments team and launch a new training program.

You are the right fit for this job if by the first 3 months, you have:

  1. ~0-30 Days
    1. Scope out a Call & Chat Training program playbook.
      1. “Touch Reality” to determine training requirements by (i) Handling at least 50 payments call & chat tickets yourself and (ii) Talk with ~15-20 agents to assess underlying knowledge gaps & training needs.
      2. Review all existing training materials & tools.
      3. Outline & propose a plan detailing the business requirements for a comprehensive Call & Chat training program.
  2. ~30-60 Days
    1. Implement an operational training cadence to coordinate training sessions across 75+ agents.
    2. Develop new training content & align existing tools & training materials with program objectives as you finetune your training playbook.
    3. Lead your first batch of training sessions as you begin to implement the program.
  3. ~60-90 Days
    1. Drive real-metrics impact (e.g. chat training agent %, chat QA, etc.) through completion of the first iteration of the Call & Chat Training program.

You’re an excellent candidate if:

  • You have the ability to architect a well-coordinated training program from scratch.
  • You have prior experience building out training programs & leading structured  training sessions.
  • You have prior experience in a field with rigorous business requirements for rule-based thinking (e.g. logistics, financial underwriting, etc.).
  • You have a deep understanding of how to elicit knowledge transfers on a org-wide scale.
  • You are a clear thinker, writer, & communicator.
  • You have the ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
