Hey there! I am looking for self-motivated, hard-working, and positive individuals to be a Receptionist as a part of my company’s scheduling team. We are a marketing agency for orthodontists that assists in calling their new, potential, and former patients. I am looking for female candidates only.
Requirements:
- Clear and fluent English with an American accent or similar is utterly the #1 hiring factor.
- 3+ years experience in receptionist jobs within the USA healthcare industry (orthodontics/dentistry a plus)
- Experience in GoHighLevel a plus! (our CRM that you’ll be using)
Responsibilities:
- Calling Facebook & Google leads within 5 minutes or less that are interested in getting braces or aligners from our orthodontic clients.
- Manually texting Facebook leads within GoHighLevel.
- Executing 14 follow up calls per lead within 7 days of them initially entering our CRM.
- Communicating with me throughout the day on updates and conveying your results/feedback.
- Maintaining your call sheet and finding ways to improve your performance in all aspects!
*BONUSES*
This section is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. You will be paid $10 ADDITIONALLY per showed appointment. Because we run a decent amount of ad spend per client, this will definitely help you (around 5-7 shows on average per client = $50-$70 bonus given per month)!
Overtime, your bonuses can really bolster you into high monthly earning potential. I am looking for someone who is super motivated to perform at this appointment-setting/receptionist job, so I’m willing to provide this as an extra!
